Is it normal to get a slight taste of blood in your mouth after bonesmash?
15–20 seconds of active smashing, 40 seconds of rest. A 3–5 minute session.
Zygos, chin, and gonions - though gonions to a lesser extent - because I’d already worked them over with the percussive massager yesterday.

Checked my mouth. theres no blood. the most taste come from lips i guess

dont ever hit ur chin nor gonions/srs

only zygos/full cheekbone length. dont hit with too much force and dont hit for too long. only do it when u go out, 30mins prior.
