U probably were told to man up at some point in you life. In its typical use case it contradicts the notion of toxic masculinity that feminists are so engrossed by.
When you don't want to do something but other people want you to do it: "man up".
When you are told the words "man up" ask yourself why they are saying that. Most times someone has something to gain by saying the magic words.
Soy cucks: Typically benefit by attempting to undermine ur ability to provide. They believe by doing so women will take notice of them and their above average wealth and ability to look after them. Rather they fail to realise that they will never be considered attractive enough for women to even want their beta bux.
Women: Benefit by enforcing a role that men should adhere to that directly benefits them. In a way one can say they are looking out for each other but it's far deeper than that. Women em-pathetically envision themselves in a role where they may need a beta provider and so their biological directive is to psyop all men into thinking they need to provide for women.
Chads: Indirectly benefit by of course having one raise their own children in their stead.
Example: "Man up and take care of your ex-wife's ex-boyfriends kids"
We need to realize that there is no masculinity in providing. Providing is the role of women. It has always been the role of women and only recently has society begun to stray from the idea of women providing. Men didn't have the time to provide during wars and even the ones that were home were normally alcoholic bums.
Women want to have their cake and eat it too. It's not enough that they have sexual freedom now they also want men to have no freedom.
Do your part by unraveling the psyop whenever you see it. If you see a fellow man being told to man up you should go against the crowd. This psyop will continue to grow out of control until men find themselves competing over beta provider roles (and in some places this is already the case).
"Man up anon. The lives of children are at stake here. I don't care who's children they are. Someone needs to look after them."
