“Just go to therapy bro”
It’s kinda like buying ‘bottled air’ and is such overrated advice imo. Just a nigga listening to you vent about your problems, which any friend, family member, counselor or someone on the internet can do for free.
The only value is when they give you insights into your psychology you didn’t realize you had. But you don’t always a therapist that good, and also those moments are not worth the time and money invested into “muh therapy”
