The thing that cucks me the most is being ND and behaving bad socially

Nah fr i was thinking lately why am i slaying that much, why not more. What causes my failures with women?

Well i realised that usually when i start conversations with them, i kinda try to drag the convo into talking about some bad shit, that can make many people look negatively at me. And thats actually true, i had like almost every girl that i would be together with for longer tell me “you actually arent a bad person, i had way worse opinion about you”.

Recently i talked with my female friends about this and they both agreed with me, saying that indeed my first impression to them was “this dude is a total jerk who does bad shit and uses girls just for sex”.

Problem is, i want to get the female attention fast, and somewhy in my head i always decide to tell stories where i did something that would look bad to them (got into a fight over some stupid shit, had one night stand and then got chlamydia etc etc)

How do i actually learn what to talk about from the good side and not just tell these stories that make me look like a total jerk?
