But the thing that worries me the most is how disproportionally large his head looks compared to his body. I understand that the swelling will go down, but it still looks strange

Yeah he has a chad skull with a twink boy body.
After he gets double LL to 190cm.
He’ll look good no doubt

I believe his head was just as disproportionate beforehand so might as well just get massive implants to fix recessions anyway. He needs to go back to the gym when he recovers

What is his exact height now?
I only know that he is short. If he has a small wingspan, I don’t know if that would help much. I think he should consider doing something with his clavicles
