Okay, so there is a bunch of things in why you have facial assymetrie, if its bone related, then there isn't anything you can do, but here are a lot of causes on why you're assymetric:

tight fascia
dental malocclusion
imbalance in the masseter muscles (you eat more with one side than the other) or tight masseter muscles
tmj issues.
escoliosis/lateral pelvic tilt (if the assymetries of your face come from these, and the escoliosis/lateral pelvic tilt comes from muscle imbalances then you can fix them)
C1 atlas misalignment
tight muscles in the body, neck or face.
if you have one eye sitting higher than the other, this could be due to having a tight temporalis muscle.

after fixing a lot of these things, Im a LOT more symmetric than before, sorry if my english is not that good.

if someone needs help with something in this list im happy to help.

I’d also add asymmetric eye hooding, just pull the weaker sides skin down, worked for me.

in my case i had a right lateral pelvic tilt, and if you have this, its probably causing every problem on this list, except dental malocclusion, so if you have lateral pelvic tilt you will need to fix everything on the list.

for fascia release: do the things in this video (this is what i do for my fascia, for each side/exercise i do 1 minute per side) https://www.tiktok.com/@true_righteous/video/7594271670781611278?q=fascia release&t=1782420160511
for tight masseter, do this exercise: https://www.tiktok.com/@anastasiabe...0899694891?q=masseter release&t=1782420307324
temporalis release: https://www.tiktok.com/@allyoucanface/video/7631250275977678113?q=temporalis release&t=1782420378395 and for the last exercise to release the temporalis muscle, do this: Locate the area: on the sides of your head, at the temples, above the zygomatic arch.Place 2–3 fingers on each side.Make slow circular movements (on the side where your eye is lower, the circular movements will be counterclockwise, and on the side where your eye is higher, they will be clockwise).
for my scoliosis lateral pelvic tilt i do Superman holds 3x12, bird dogs 3x10 on each side and cat-crow stretch 3x10, side lying rib expansions 3x12, QL stretch on the side that is tight (hiked up) 5x30 seconds, side plank on the opposite side of the QL stretch (If your right hip is hiked up then do the side plank on the left side) and then i do side lying hip abductions on my hiked up side 3x12 and i do 1 set on my left gluteus, and the last exercise i do is 90/90 hip shift lift by the postural restoration institute.
and for stretching the body this is what i do:
  • for stretching the body these are the exercise i do:
  • Standing Forward Fold (Toe Touch Stretch) Seated Forward Fold (Seated Toe Touch Stretch) 90/90 Hip Stretch (90/90 Stretch )Pigeon Pose Stretch (Pigeon Stretch) Supine Glute Stretch (Figure-Four Stretch) Right Hip Flexor Stretch (Right Psoas Stretch)
  • for each exercise i stretch for 1 minute.
after doing everything i do everyday, i got a lot more symmetric and my tmj dissapeared
