Me, I'm the timeline where the man had to work hard, endure pain but in the end he came out on top but at the cost of having to face some mental blocks

@Lebgfinal and @B1B2 are the bad timeline, the one where the man let the demons take over forever and he never took action

I think science and knowledge will save us.

I'm heavily into improving my nutrition and exercise routines atm. I am discovering each and every day how much I had been mishandling my health, due to ignorance. I thought eating a lot of food was enough, but my constipation issues were due to not enough vitamin D, not enough water and probably not enough probiotics. I have been sunlightmaxxing for a while already. And I started drinking 8-10 liters of water every day. Probably up to 15 liters every day (sunlight depletes it as well). Then started eating more salty foods for electrolytes caused by more water intake. My gut was improving, until I hit aplateu again.

Now I'm kephirmaxxing and I can already feel the improvements. Who knows what I will be shown to lack next.

I suggest you to not go through suffering for it's own sake. Suffering can be prevented with knowing what you actually need. Tenacity, discipline and passion are half the battle. Intelligence, knowledge and wit are the other.
