This was half a year ago. I still had hope back then of being something in this world. I came across the nigga goatis on yt and my stupid brain really fell for this cope diet. I took a large steak raw, put Dexter on my pc and first I felt the texture with my fingers to get a grasp of how it’s gonna my feel in my mouth. Than I started eating and it was disgusting but I kept going cuz I wanted to become chad. I got immediately sick after, horrible stomach pain, spent an entire week in the bathroom. Thought I was gonna die fr and I couldn’t even tell my mother cuz she warned me not to eat raw meat. I was surprised I survived. I have a good immune system unfortunately.

1. muscles are slave food, eat organs
2. idk how u get sick from steak, especially if it was beef. the chances are literally 1/1000 unless u left it for hours in warmth, it was super low quality meat or the animal that you ate was sick
3. assuming it was a healthy animal with no roids or viruses in it, it was a detox because the bacteria works in symbiosis with ur body and was clearing out heavy metals in your body
