The tip of my nose is quite big, what do i do?

The tip of my nose is quite big, looks bloated in a way and makes it look big, what can i do other than naturally, I don't want to use hydrocortisone as I've heard it may cause TSW which I DO NOT want to get. Please let me know guys, no hate pls.
