If I had to fit 3 skincare products into my routine to help combat pimples, dry skin and overall appearance whats the best option?

I have pale dry skin, semi noticeable eye bags the occasional pimple or blemish on my cheeks, nose and chin. What are the best options I can easily fit into my morning/night routine?
