In 2017 at the age of 35 a personal trainer in Poland named Pawel Ladziak decided he was going to dye his hair white and larp as a buffed 60+ year old.
It is 2022 now and he has gone from NW2 to NW3, from 8% BF to 14% BF (and these are instagram pics, so they are cherry picked and enhanced, he could really be an 18% BF bloated roidcel now). At an age of 40 now he doesn't dye his hair white anymore (he seems to dye if redish brown in some pics) but looks worse now than when he was 35 and dyed his hair white.
