HEALTH 101: FOODS
*Animal Foods are NEEDED in the Human Diet since plants do not have these essential and vital compounds: Vitamin A, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal), Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, EPA, DHA, Vitamin K2, Creatine, Carnitine, Carnosine, Taurine, CoQ10, Cholesterol, Heme iron, Zinc (bioavailable), Selenium (bioavailable), Iodine (reliable form), CLA, Collagen, Gelatin, Hydroxyproline, Proline, Glycine, Elastin, Chondroitin, Glucosamine*
For the Following Tiers Here are Some Studies:
- Taurine deficiency as a driver of aging
- Important roles of dietary taurine, creatine, carnosine, anserine and 4-hydroxyproline in human nutrition and health
- Anti-tumor activity of meat and dairy
- Health-Promoting Phytonutrients Are Higher in Grass-Fed Meat and Milk
- A review of fatty acid profiles and antioxidant content in grass-fed and grain-fed beef
(S TIER)
HEALTHIEST: ORGANS, EGGS, BLOOD
Organs: Liver, Heart, Brain, Spleen, Kidneys, Testicles
(Keep Liver in moderation since it’s so nutrient dense of Zinc you can get sick from it. I recommend eating it 1 to 3 times maximum a week.)
Eggs: Duck, Chicken, Fish, etc (basically any egg)
Blood: Any Blood from a healthy animal
(A TIER)
ESSENTIAL: RUMINANT MUSCLE MEAT, WILD SEAFOOD
Muscle Meat: Beef, Elk, Bison, Lamb (Try to get Regenerative/Organic+Grass Fed)
Seafood: Cod, Salmon, Oysters, etc (ALWAYS WILDCAUGHT)
(B+ TIER)
OTHER: RAW DAIRY
Raw Dairy: Raw Milk, Raw Cheese, Raw Butter, Raw Kefir, Raw Bovine Colostrum
(S TIER during puberty since Raw Dairy is EXTREMELY helpful during development for growth)
(B TIER)
NON-ESSENTIAL MEATS: MONOGASTRIC ANIMALS
Monogastric Animals: Pork, Chicken, etc
(Linoleic Acid is stored in tissue of these animals unlike ruminant animals like cows who turn it into animal fat, making eating them slightly problematic. Still much better than plant foods)
——————————————————————————————————————————
*MOVING FOWARD WE WILL DIVE INTO INCOMPLETE FOODS AND MALNUTRITION, WHICH IN MODERATION ARE FINE BUT SHOULD NOT BE AN OBJECTIVE IN THE HUMAN DIET. ALL FOODS ARE INDIGESTIBLE TO THE HUMAN BODY, BUT CAN BE A HELPFUL ADDITION*
(C+ TIER)
DECENT NON-ANIMAL FOODS: LOW CARB FRUITS
Low Carb Fruits: Avocado, Tomato, Cucumbers (All are fruits since they have seeds)
(C TIER)
BASELINE NON-ANIMAL FOODS: FRUITS
Fruits: Banana, Mango, Strawberry, etc
(Fruits sadly are not as good as they used to be since they are man-made and bred to be bigger and sweeter than naturally in nature. For example a Mango years ago could contain 7g of sugar with big seeds while now a modern Mango can contain 70g with mainly meat. That does not mean fruits are a terrible energy source especially eating them when they are in season, but they should not be most of your diet. Fructose also gets processed much better with UV so in the summer when the sun is out eating more fruits is not problematic, and is fine)
Other Problems/Studies:
- Long-term consumption of fructose has been shown to accelerate glycation and the accumulation of AGEs
- Fructose can contribute to the formation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) through non-enzymatic reactions with proteins
- Excess glucose causes oxidized ldl
- High glucose can perturb the structure of lipid rafts and associated proteins, disrupting cellular signaling.
——————————————THE AREA OF NO RETURN——————————————
(D TIER)
NOT NEEDED AT ALL AND DAMAGING - VEGETABLES
Vegetables: Leaves, Roots, Stems of Plants, Spinach, Kale, Potatoes, etc
(Anti-nutrient Content from Vegetables like Spinach with their oxalates have been proven in studies to make around 75% of all the calcium unusable from the oxalates, the oxalates have also been proven to be able to dip into your bones and calcium and form kidney stones and cause week bones. It has been proven that removing them from the diet fixes things like constipation completely. Fiber and water plus anti-nutrients… NEVER EAT THEM)
*linked studies above in bolded text
(F- TIER)
EXTREMELY TOXIC - SEEDS (LEGUMES, NUTS, GRAINS)
*ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE WORST*
Seeds: Wheat, Beans, Peanuts, Soybeans, Sunflower Seeds, Rapeseed, etc
(Seeds have ALA and do not have DHA or EPA, while ALA is needed its not as desperately needed in our diets as DHA or EPA. Seeds are pure plant oils with garbage nutrition, and no real omega-3’s. No more is needed to be said… COMPLETE GARBAGE)
Studies and Other Complications:
- ALA (Plant-Based Omega-3) Conversion to DHA Is Below 5%
- Despite ALA Abundance in Modern Diets, DHA and EPA Are Essential and Conversion Is Limited
- Plant Proteins Have Lower Bioavailability and Contain Anti-Nutrients That Hinder Nutrient Absorption
- The Conversion of Beta Carotene to Vitamin A in Humans Is Alarmingly Inefficient
OPTIMAL DAY EXAMPLE:
wake up
Go outside during sunrise and look at sun (sun gaze). Can be done with walking as well in the morning. Implement grounding if possible.
*red light exposure and electrons from grounding
coconut water and fruit in the morning is fine, but eating eggs and saturated animal fat *or both is better
(melons with pectin fiber that are easily digestible like meat are best)
Work out if doing so that day so it’s out of the way. (3-4 times a week is fine)
Come home and shower lightly with an animal fat/milk soap (ex: goat milk or tallow) If you did work out. Clean face with water if wanted. Bone press after shower 3 times a week.
Eat a lunch consisting of raw or at least slightly cooked red muscle meat and eggs. Also add some raw dairy if you would like as well (raw cows milk, goat kefir, or any colostrum).
After be straight outside and sunbathe. drink coconut water while outside so fructose is easily metabolized. Swimming as well is great for circadian health. Get as much sun as possible. (If more sun is wanted to be absorbed use coconut oil or beef tallow on skin, but this is very optional)
Once home eat another meal of raw or slightly cooked muscle meat or eggs with raw dairy. Supplement d3+k2 (or just mega dose k2 since you get enough d3), Triple Boron, Magnesium Glycinate, Zinc+Copper, and Creatine Monohydrate.
Apply minoxidil on eyebrows, lash serum, Volufiline on under eyes and lips. Also apply GHK-CU to ramus, zygos, and chin for bone growth with micro needling twice a week.
Try to eat beef liver, heart, brain, spleen, kidneys, or testicles if possible or wanted in diet. (not needed just optional nutrition)
And if you can; drink Blood from healthy animal’s
Get at least 8 hours of sleep; 10 being optimal.
EXTRA:
COOK ALL FOODS WITH BUTTER, GHEE, OR BEEF TALLOW.
SNACKS/CONDIMENTS CAN BE RAW CHEESE (Parmesan), RAW HONEY, MAPLE SYRUP, AND OR ANY FRUITS.
COLOSTRUM IS A GOAL TO HAVE SINCE IT WILL DO A LOT OF HEAVY LIFITNG
CHEW MASTIC GUM THROUGHOUT DAY FOR FUN
STAY OFF PHONE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, AND BE OUTDOORS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
GOOD POSTURE, CHEWING 25+ TIMES EQUALLY, PROPER TONGUE SWALLOWING, AND PROPER NOSE BREATHING
TRY TO USE WIRED HEADPHONES, AND AVOID COLOGNE ON NECK/SKIN FOR PROPER THYROID HEALTH
