is bonesmashing COPE or is it THE best way to gain bonemass? im putting an end to this once and for all.

there are 2 theories in favor of bonesmashing, the hematoma argument and the wolffs law argument.

wolffs law is the easiest to disprove. the concept of wolffs law is stress applied to bones will cause them to thicken. this is true HOWEVER, not applied to bonesmashing. with the thick amount of skin and periosteum protecting the bone, it will barely absorb the stress placed by the hammer. best case scenario the bone DENSITY of the are might improve after repeated trauma over a long time, and will not actually grow the bone.

the hematoma argument is harder to disprove. a very interesting study on pubmed, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24036735/ shows that subpareosteal hematoma may ossify, proving that repeated trauma in the area could cause increased bone mass and size.

i tried this out for myself, bonesmashing my zygos for 5 minutes twice a day everyday for a month, before taking a rest period for 2 weeks. during the time i was bonesmashing my zygos increased a lot in mass, but when i stopped quickly deflated. after 6 weeks of both bonesmashing and resting, my zygos has actually slightly increased in size, but not really by a noticeable amount.

conclusion: bonesmashing may work if done correctly over an extended period of time, but its not some magic thing that will make you chad, youre better of taking PEDs.
