I trained for a year sure I lost some fat but still wasn’t enough I can barely bench 140lbs after a year of lifting.
The truth is our genes are fucking dogshit not just in looks but for bodybuilding due to famines and diet.
Mind you I am a Jatt we are known to have better genetics compared to other Indians but still I’m so weak. I also grew up on vegcuck diet that made me skinny fat.
Then I decided to finally hop on typical beginner cycle 500mg test it’s only been a month and I’m seeing and feeling massive changes and it will only get better.
My only regret is that I should have trained abs more but still I’ve never been this lean in my life thanks to the body recomp with only 2mg Reta weekly mind you some guys take 10+ mg.
The only counter argument is if you have been training for a long time and already have a decent physique in which you don’t need roids in that case stay natty.
But the rest of us who started late we NEED drugs to make us look better in a short period of time.
And idc how short and ugly you are going got the gym is better than LDAR’ing. Doing SOMETHING is better than NOTHING.
TLDR:
As a Indian you most likely will need roids and Reta if you want to look good in a short period of time. So stop being so high inhib and hop on. And last but not least stop eating the vegcuck diet and eat meat like a real man.
I am currently on:
500mg Test E total injecting 166mg 3x a week
750IU of HCG total injecting 250IU 3x a week
2mg of Retatrutide 1x a week
