most sunscreen have bad ingredients but it does stop aging and cancer - if you chose to not use it i guess just only go in the sun at low UV levels and for a minimal time

you dont need the sun then but if you hop on tret you burn very fast so morning sunlight also could be harmfull

my diet is good no seed oils but i have white dry spots on me cheeck that become visible during the summer because the spots cant make any melatonin so thats why i am looking into a sun screen to not make it worse and fix it

well in fact im going to do something about it im hopping on tret and using sunscreen at the same time hopefully it is going to fix it and mostly my coloring but that means im not going to have a tan this summer
