As a low inhib 16yo taking 8mg ed for 50 days, I would strongly advise against taking erda if you aren’t a manlet.
The first 1-2 weeks for me were pretty bad. Horrific fucking stomach cramps, diarrhea not even 10 minutes after eating, vomiting, nausea, fatigue, joint pain. I could go on listing the ways this shit impacted my daily life but I’ll save the visual clutter. Solid 5/10 in terms of QoL.
Weeks 3-5 is when shit started getting serious. Gradually my stomach issues and constant shitting began to dissipate, but that was replaced with crippling joint pain, muscle cramps, constant dry mouth/lips/eyes. This is also when I began to fully realize how important hyperphosphatemia management is. I already ordered sevelamer prior to taking erda (because i’m not a gay retard) but even after getting bloodwork it was still slightly high, which I could feel through the tingly hands/feet feeling. QoL improved a bit, 7/10 despite being basically physically disabled.
Weeks 6-7 (current state) has been the most brutal in terms of sides. Almost all my nails and toenails have been raped of all durability and I am in constant pain. Both my large toenails are in the process of peeling off my nail bed (onycholysis) and all my large nails are in constant pain. If you are a gymcel or athlete or do anything physically intensive on erda forget about that shit. Besides the fact your entire musculoskeletal structure will be in shambles along with your nails, I’ve also developed hand-foot syndrome, so now my hands and feet are sensitive, swollen and callused. To make it worse, my eyes are always bloodshot and my face is perma dry so my health indicators are fucked rn. Easy 3/10 in terms of QoL.
The Takeaway
DON’T TAKE ERDA WITH CLOSED PLATES
If you do ts without x-raying yourself you are RETARDED, basically just turning yourself into a cancer patient for 0 roi.
MANAGE PHOSPHATE LEVELS
I got low grade hyperphosphatemia WHILE using a phosphate binder, so always get your blood checked 2 weeks into erda. Keep in mind I’m on 8mg so naturally my sides were harsher. Either change your diet or use phosphate
SUIT YOUR DOSAGE TO YOUR NEEDS
Run a dose where you can have a decent QoL. Don’t be a retard like me and dnr the blatant deterioration of your body if you can help it.
Questions
Did you grow?
In 50 days, I went from 176.5cm (5’9 1/2) to 179.5cm (5’10 2/3). All measurements were done after 8h in bed using a medical height measuring tool.
Have you went blind?
jfl at the retards thinking it’s guaranteed to happen, probably the least common side effect I could imagine someone getting. Even then, it’s reversible if you hop off for a while. There’s probably ancillaries for this but I’ll leave it to the high iq people to find it.
Do you have scoliosis now?
No scoliosis so far, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it happened later into my erda journey. If anyone has done the research and found anything to help prevent this, please tag me
Is it worth it?
Although my erda transformation is far from over, I’d say it was worth it. Obviously the value of doing something this drastic depends on whether you’re a manlet or a genetically gifted individual. Just don’t expect to feel good while taking high dose oncology meds and you’ll be fine.
