When a rabbit in the wild encounters a predator, it is effected for 2 or 3 generations, even without an injury. Of all of the innumerable threats that humans can perceive how many are you effected by, think about Asian people, for thousands of years anyone who didn’t cooperate in the rice fields was perceived as having died, obviously you are going to conform, or Africans, anyone who didn’t take advantage of perceived short term gain starved, obviously that continues to have effect multi generationally.
