Socializing with other people, especially normies, comes down to two known strategies:
1. Mogging others and "holding frame", keeping your status intact at the cost of facing endless friction from other men and women alike
2. Humiliating yourself on purpose to build trust with the other members, sacrificing your perceived status for likeability
aKa jestermaxxing

Normies build in-group trust by humiliating themselves and each other.
It's the reason why they drink alcohol, do drugs, gamble, simp for foids and constantly make fun of each other.
This is a so called humiliation ritual: something members of a group periodically participate in to strengthen their bond by making themselves appear vulnerable.
All subordinate members of a given group are required to partake in humiliation rituals except the leaders of said group, who refuse to concede their rank at the expense of having to defend it by mogging outsiders and insiders who might conspire to subvert them.

When no such hierarchy exists, women enforce it by creating friction between high SMV men on purpose.
Foids foster in-fighting between their partners and other attractive men, building up tension until the surplus of desirable men either leave or humiliate themselves and join the jestermaxxers to avoid further confrontation.

I know this is true because I've been socialmaxxing for a while and this is exactly what I saw the entire time.
