Ive been browsing this site for some time as mostly an outsider and can clearly tell that you are just bunch of insecure guys circlejerking into oblivion and completely missing the point of glowing up or ascending.
The biggest problem is you are extremely focused on fixing the things you are insecure the most about that you basically dont think about anything else and just dwelve deeper into the shit, while in reality, you are the only one who really cares about it that much and the more you show how much you care about it the more people will think you are a weirdo.

Its much more important to work on how you present yourself and how you appear as a whole rather than some specific trait. Your traits, good or bad, can be worked with in a sense that you can be able to „wear them“.
3 steps of impressing a girl
If you are going to try to pick up a girl there are three main steps that you should be aware of:
Obviously you have to care for your looks, cause the easiest way to impress a girl is just passively by looking good. But the think is that you can have a perfect face and a girl still might not be into you, Its about the way you move/carry yourself and the way you maintain yourself, thought out well fitting outfit thats not bland or basic but has some substance to it. So it doesnt matter what clothes you wear, what accesories, what haircut you have, and basically how your face looks, Its about how well you can put it together.
2. What she hears
Even if a girl thinks youre hot, if you have no personality, no humour, are boring, bland or just an narcissistic jerk who only talks about himself, she just wont like you. Imagine theres this girl whose a 10/10 stacy but is the most boring/obnoxious person on the planet, you will want to fuck her but you still wont be able to put up with her for more than a week. Now girls are much less horny and will not overlook something like that.
Also guys often try to really change how they act when they try to get a girl, which is alright, but they change it the wrong way, you want to be friendly with good humour and only use very subtle flirting. If the girl is hot she has guys approaching her all the time, she heard all pickup lines and guys trying to look tough and manly or whatever so dont bother doing that. You want her to think you are a cool dude with good humour who will be fun to spend time with. Just like if you are talking to some new guy at work basically.
Dont give direct compliments, its very important not to appear like you are simping or the other way as well so dont try to put her down or something, both approaches are bullshit.

Now when you get to close proximity to her, its important to be well kept and tidy,. IF YOU SMELL ITS OVER. Bad teeth? Not ideal. But bad breath? Instant no. The same with clothes, they need to be clean, your face and hair need to look clean. Your hands, well kept nails are important. Overall you have to have excellent hygiene, thats a HUGE plus (and its the easiest thing to achieve), cause most guys dont. You have to smell nice, BUT subtle. Just having clean body and fresh clothes is more than enough, no need for perfumes or anything, more often than not, you just make it worse with bad choice/too strong of a perfume.
So yeah, your presentation is everything. You want to be seen as a clean funny chill guy that has a spark of some sort. Be passionate about ur hobbies / interests, be interested in theirs as well. Its not hard but it takes some effort to learn the art of presentation.
I used to be ugly weakling but became, according to most girls, attractive. And im nowhere near what you guys would describe as good looking. I just learned to work with what i have.
