There isn't really one singular leader from what I've seen but a group of people usually consisting of 3,4 and sometimes even 5 people sitting on top of the social hierarchy if it's a larger group of people.

Men are too competitive to just have one leader and they subconsciously know this so they just form a groupchat inside another group of people to assert their dominance. There's always a secret groupchat, if there isn't then it's because you're not apart of it. Sometimes there's even a group inside of the secret group.

However, despite forming a secret group chat they still need someone to assert their dominance on verbally and openly which is why there's always a punching bag inside of a friend group.

You should do whatever is necessary to not become that punching bag, a way to avoid becoming the group's punching bag is by not letting any disrespectful comments slide, because then they'll test what they can get away with and slowly you'll be the punching bag who can't get a word in. Of course this doesn't mean that anyone who jokes around with you should be immediately met with insults or/and physical violence, but you should never just sit there and take it.

Key is to differ between jokes and actual disrespect/ intent behind it and not to be overruled by your emotions, as thats a bitch trait

Agreed, though the majority of Org users are too anti-social to know the difference.

Sole leader or with a group of people leading with you? I've only ever seen sole leaders in primary school
