This one's pure kino. There's this old Twilight Zone episode from 1964 and it's basically proto-looksmaxxing media. Feels like Mike Mew ghostwrote it on LSD.
No spoilers, but here's the premise: society forces everyone to undergo a "transformation" at 19 where you pick a model face/body from a catalog of genetically perfected templates. Everyone ends up beautiful and identical. Anyone who resists the operation is labeled crazy.
