The TWO (and ONLY 2) things that need to be fixed on any face to get a good base

Few months ago I learned of another option for eyesight, its temporary though called Corneal Refractive/Reshaping Therapy
What's the point of that tbh? Same price as LASIK but you have to sleep in contacts every night.

what's perfect ipd?
64mm on average sized skull

66 mogs 62

But 68, 70 is gonna look way too far apart unless you have huge skull (and then eyeballs and pfl will look small in comparison since everyone's eyeballs are close to same size)

Forward Growth and Interpupillary Distance

Don't get rinoplasty, implants, canthopexy, Lip Lifts, etc. until AFTER your base is fixed with either Bimax (forward growth) or Eyethognathic Surgery (IPD) or both.

These MAIN TWO problems with your face are the 2 most important before ANYTHING ELSE (Even if you have bad infraorbitals, Negative Canthal Tilt, Long Philtrum, Flat Cheekbones, "big" nose, etc)

Fixing these might be all that is needed to start slaying and be happy with how you look even if still not perfect.

Fixing everything else BUT these WILL NEVER be enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So basically super bimax + MLF3 + lip lift = model

rhinoplasty are shit, and eye surgery is shit

Not much, just less risk I guess. An option for those who cant take off work for recovery.

Cope. Average bizygo width ≈ 145 mm. The alleged ideal ES ratio range is 0.45 to 0.47, and many people on this site just use 0.47 when a single number is needed.

145 mm × 0.45 = 65.25 mm
145 mm × 0.47 = 68.15 mm

So when are you signing up for Giant OBO?

How serious is the incidence of eyethognathic surgeries? Seems extremely in accessible simply due to candidates requiring severe deformity. Or are we memeing? #serioustalk
