bruh that pic was taken when i was the leanest ive ever been, after a 24 hour fast and fully carb depleted because i was cutting.

This was as soon as i got back into all the carbs and became bloated again

Definitely not in those cases. It’s small ribs, frame and wide hips overall.

Rib flare can mess up your midsection and give you a more hour glass shape though so that’s true

I’ve got a weird build where my hips are pretty normal for my frame but my waist is just disproportionately small so its a bit odd
I have like a 28” waist at 6’2” and maybe 16%bf
