Hes like 5-6% bodyfat. Not sustainable and risky for health.
10-12% is actually ideal. Gives u definition on face, abs and muscles and u wont get ED from that

Short guys should go for fight club body

Something in between. Fight club body has no appeal. Normies in shirt and without it. Manlets should take advantage from their heights and at least cope with muscles and easier progression in calisthenics
