TEFL jobs they will take on anybody who has a university degree and speak native English. Your understanding of grammar is just far better than most people just by the mere fact he was born and raised in an English speaking society.

In theory it should be possible for you to go anywhere. Not kidding. Very few places will pay 'good' the same amount in terms of fiat value abroad. What should be good enough wherever you are.

If You go to any of the Major cities like Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor etc. then there will be many MNCs and young people that can speak proficient English. Young dudes often work part time at most shops so you will have 0 problems.

I never speak Bahasa Melayu in public, only English and I have zero problems.

They look way more different than I expected. I guess the most popular phenotype is what you'd expect from SEA. But some people are slightly Bengali / India. passing, others do look east Asian with a tan.
