The ULTIMATE Facepulling/Pushing Guide to Ascend (Real Methods That Actually Work – I Fixed All the Cope)

Before I drop the full guide, let me explain what facepulling actually is (skip if you already know).
Facepulling is basically using controlled force to move your maxilla forward, widen your zygos, push your chin out, and give your eyes better support. It works on the bones and the soft tissue around them. You’ve seen stuff like zygo pulling, thumb pulling, belt pulling, etc. The whole point is to apply steady pressure over time so your facial bones and sutures slowly remodel for a more forward-grown, masculine look.

It sounds easy as fuck, right? Wrong. There’s a very precise way to do every single one of these or you’ll waste your time or hurt yourself. I’m gonna explain each one like I’m talking to you face-to-face so you don’t fuck it up.

Does facepulling mess up your teeth?
Only if you do it like a retard and put all the force directly on your teeth instead of the bone/sutures. Done correctly, the risk is very low.

How fast will I see results?

If you actually do it every single day with proper form, most guys start noticing changes around 6-12 months. Under 25? Faster. Older? Still works but slower.

Is facepulling just mewing?

Hell no. Mewing (proper tongue posture) is actually useful as support, but it’s not the main thing. John Mew got his license yanked for some wild shit, but the idea behind controlled facepulling has real logic behind it.

Alright, let’s get into the methods. There are external and internal ways, and both can give similar results when stacked. Here’s the exact way I do them.

1. External Zygo Pulling (for wider, higher cheekbones)
This is the one for that model-tier zygomatic bone. The zygos are the bones that make your cheeks pop and give you that hunter eye support.

How to do it: Put your thumbs right under your cheekbones from the outside of your face. Dig in until you feel the bone, then pull up and slightly forward as hard as you can until you feel the bone actually shift a tiny bit. That’s how you know it’s working. Hold until failure (30-60 seconds), 3-5 sets. Do this daily.

2. Chin/Mandible Pushing (for better chin projection and upswing)

A lot of dudes think the chin is locked in stone, but the tissue and muscle around the mandible can be reshaped with consistent force.

Step-by-step: First, lightly tap the underside of your chin with a soft blunt object (your knuckle or the edge of a spoon works – NOT a hammer, you’ll break something). 10-15 light taps to prime the area. Then cup both hands under your jaw, push up and slightly forward while jutting your lower jaw out like a mild underbite. Hold for a full 60 seconds. I do this every 1-2 hours throughout the day.

3. Belt Pulling (fastest forward maxilla growth – but HIGH RISK, follow exactly)

This one gives crazy forward growth but you must do it right or your teeth will shift and you’ll need braces.

How: Grab a normal belt. Tie or hook it to something at exact face level when you’re standing (door handle works). Clench the belt super hard between your front teeth (put a thin towel or cloth between teeth and belt for cushion). Walk backwards slowly until the belt is tight with zero slack. Then pull back with your body while keeping your jaw clenched. Hold 30-60 seconds. Max 3 sets. If your teeth feel loose or sore for more than a day, stop forever.

4. Orbital Rim Pulling (deeper set eyes + better brow and under-eye support)

Do it like this: Put your fingers in the crease right above or below the eye socket (never touch your actual eyeball). First massage side-to-side gently, then dig in and pull up and outward (not too deep, it shouldn’t hurt). 60 seconds on the top part, then 60 seconds on the bottom. Do both eyes every session.

5. Thumb Pulling (the real palate expansion + forward maxilla move)

Most guys on here are doing this completely wrong.

Correct way: Put your thumbs (and index fingers for extra force) inside your mouth, pressing on the palate right behind the teeth, not directly on the teeth. Push up and outward toward the sutures. Hold until you feel fatigue (30-60 seconds).
I do 1 full minute every hour. This is the one that actually expands the palate and drives the maxilla forward.

Extra Shit That Actually Stacks Insanely Well (I added these after testing)

Hard Mewing 24/7: Whole tongue flat on the roof of your mouth, teeth lightly touching, lips closed. This is free and keeps everything in place.

Mastic Gum Chewing: 20-30 mins a day (falim or real mastic). Builds masseter and helps the upward growth.
Fix Forward Head Posture: Chin tucks and wall angels 3x a day. Bad posture kills all your gains.

Supplements that help bone remodeling: Vitamin D3 5000 IU + K2, magnesium glycinate, high protein + collagen. Sleep 8+ hours on your back.

Morning: 5 mins thumb + orbital
Every hour: 1 min thumb pull + 30s chin push

All day: Hard mew + 20 mins gum chewing
