1. How Reta Works
Reta is the #1 Weight Loss substance available in 2026. It's the safest, most effective, cheapest, easiest to find compound you could possibly ask for. In fact it's so easy to find that if one of you DM's me instead of just googling where to buy it, I will vaporize you personally. EVERYBODY on this forum should be using it. Reta is available anywhere from $80 per vial to $200 per vial, though that's insanely overpaying.

In your body there are 3 known neuroreceptors that signal hunger and fullness to your brain- GLP, GIP and Glucagon (GCGR) receptors. there are also 3 different peptides or medications that target each of these neuroreceptors: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide. Each of these target a different set of receptors:

Semaglutide: GLP-1 receptor

Tirzepatide: GLP-1 and GIP receptors

Retatrutide: GLP-1, GIP and GCGR receptors

These medications trigger or antagonize these neuroreceptors, which have a few effects, including but not limited to causing the pancreas to produce more insulin, slows digestion to keep you full for longer, and tells your brain that you're full much earlier into your meal than before.

2. What you need to buy
To actually inject reta, there are many things you need to buy- below is the exact list. Everything is either purchasable on amazon or your favorite peptide source.
  1. Lyophilized Retatrutide (Also known as GLP-3). It will come as a white powder- don't worry, you didn't get scammed.
  2. Bac (Bacteriostatic) water- at least 5mL, more if possible. DO NOT USE REGULAR WATER. YOU WILL DIE.
  3. Alcohol sterilizing wipes
  4. 10mL disposable syringe WITH needles. You only need one or two of these so get a small pack
  5. 0.5mL disposable insulin needles (if you plan to go above 5mg dose, then go for a 1ml insulin needle). strongly recommend 100 pack.
  6. Access to a refrigerator- absolutely necessary.
  7. OPTIONAL- sterile latex gloves, you can also just wash your hands thoroughly if you trust yourself.
3. Reconstitution
So how do you actually go from white powder in a vial to something you can inject into yourself? There are many steps, all which need to be very exactly.
1. Prepare your setup.

Get everything out, take the caps off the vial of reta and the bacteriostatic water, and make sure your hands are thoroughly washed and sterilized. Take out the alcohol prep pads, and wipe down the tops of the vials where you'll pull from. Unpackage your 10mL syringe from its individual packaging.

2. Pull your bacteriostatic water.
Refer to the chart below to figure out how much you need to pull- it depends on what dosage of reta you have in your vial. First, stick your needle into the vial of reta and pull the exact amount of bac water you need into your syringe, then stick it into the vial of Bac water. Push out all of the air into the vial- the pressure in the vial should now be positive. Now, put your syringe into the liquid and draw up the amount that you need. Because you put the air into the vial, it won't fight you as you remove it.

3. Add it to your vial of Reta.
Because you removed air from the vial of Reta, its pressure should be negative and you won't have to fight to put the bac water into the vial. If possible, try and squirt it along the side of the vial to minimize bubbles (if it all just comes out of the syringe, no worries. It'll settle down in about 10 minutes). I REPEAT, IF IT'S CLOUDY OR BUBBLY IT WILL SETTLE IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES.

4. Refrigerate as soon as possible.
If you're taking your dose right away, make sure that your solution has settled and has very few bubbles and absolutely no cloudiness. After you've taken your dose, refrigerate it ASAP. after leaving its freeze-dried state when you added water, the peptide begins to deteriorate when it's not in a cold, dry place.

5. Bacteriostatic Water ratios chart:

Dose of Reta in vial (how much you purchased) in mgAmount of Bacteriostatic water to add in mLConcentration
5mg0.5mL1mg/10 units
10mg1mL1mg/10 units
15mg1.5mL1mg/10 units
20mg2mL1mg/10 units
25mg2.5mL1mg/10 units
30mg3mL1mg/10 units

4. Dosage/Sides
How much Reta should you be taking every week? I strongly recommend taking it every Sunday in the morning so it's easy to remember. If you take your weeklong meds in the middle of the week then you're weird as fuck and nobody can save you btw. Even though it's a pussy move, I STRONGLY recommend starting on a lower dose for at least the first 2 weeks to avoid extremely unpleasant and in many scenarios extremely painful side effects.
Potential Side Effects you may experience and how to mitigate them:

- Sensitive Skin Lower Dose
- Bloating / Gas GasX / Pepto Bismol
- Extreme Stomach Aches Advil
- Nausea / Vomiting Lower Dose
- Dehydration / Headaches Water / Electrolytes

Based on personal experience, I strongly recommend starting on just 1mg for at least the first 2 weeks and the last 2 weeks, as it helps minimize side effects. Many pussies on reddit are gonna tell you to start on 0.5 or god forbid 0.25mg on the first week, but they are all middle aged white women who cant handle literally any discomfort so man the fuck up and start ur cycle a bit strong. Be advised also that you may not see results in the first 2 weeks as the Reta has to accumulate in your system. Speaking of which, once you get up to 2mg here is a chart that will help you see what the concentration in your body is.

You will only build up a tolerance to it if you’re taking extremely high doses for a long time other than that you should be fine with reta even if you do all you would have to do is get off of it for like two weeks let your receptors come back and then get back on and you just keep doing that
Holy fuck I’m retarded I misread I thought you said you are going to build up a tolerance sorry

if you're using 30mg then you need more than 1mL bac or each unit will be way too concentrated

Yes true sorry i thought u meant 10mg

Week #Concentration (mg)
11.45mg
22.17mg
32.53mg
42.71mg
52.80mg
62.85mg
72.87mg
82.88mg
9+2.89mg
