This iceberg was made to explore the absolute limits of heightmaxxing — from normie-level advice to deep underground knowledge and speculative science. Each tier represents a deeper level into the rabbit hole, with increasing intensity, rarity, and controversy.
- Tiers 1–2: Basic stuff every normie already knows-The kind of advice you’d hear from a family doctor or fitness influencer.
- Tier 3: You think you know everything there is to know. You've read some articles, watched TikToks or YouTube videos, and maybe even tried a few supplements. But you’re still scratching the surface.
- Tiers 4–5: This is expert-level. You’ve been into the heightmaxxing scene for a while — it’s a mix of anecdotal evidence, old studies, and deep research.
- Tier 6: You’re deep in the hole. Most of the stuff here is obscure, unnecessary for most people, and borderline obsessive. This tier is more about chasing every last millimeter and optimizing things 99% of people wouldn’t even consider.
- Tiers 7–9: Illegal substances, obscure protocols, old clinical trials, and things only mentioned in fringe scientific circles or documented in rare case studies. The type of stuff that floats around private forums, leaks, or anonymous testimonials. Think “theoretical but possible,” not recommended.
- Tier 10: Speculation and mystery. Unconfirmed methods, rumored Soviet-era experiments, black market compounds from the 70s, and whispers about future bioengineering tech. We don’t even know if doctors are working on these things or if they ever existed — this tier is pure speculation.
