I would add in semen retention, weight training, butthole sun bathing, herbs like shilajit and ashwagandha. Raw organ meats are loaded with nutrients as well.

Once you've completed puberty then move on to horse 440's and clamping exercises. If you do all this properly I would estimate you would at least have an 8x6 cock at bare minimum even with poor genetics.

It's very difficult for me to know 100% but it's certainly possible. I don't know your genetics or how far along you're with puberty or how your body will respond to PE exercises. With that being said I would say 5 inches at 14 is fine. What is your base girth?

I didn't know anything about this so I never did anything to puberty max at least not intentionally. I did get ample sun, I ate a ton of various foods and played sports and worked out. However, I beat off all the damn time and the quality of food wasn't the best. I ended up with a 6x5 penis after puberty.
