for spinach do you use the one from the freezer and just put it in or cook it first?

Raw spinach you dont need for it to be cooked for the smoothies

Yeah if you wanna take it to the next level add some beta-carotene. Coloring maxxing, facial leanness maxxing, skin texture maxxing all in just one cup

Don’t go beta carotene it will make you yellower it’s only works for white. Try lycopene for reddish hue

do you keep sodium to potassium 1:2?

Ideally 1:3 so if you consume 2000mg aodium daily you should have 5000mg of potassium
whats your current diet like? do you also pay attention to phospohurs calcium ratio?

No fast food + this smoothie. Keep it simple yet effective

I usually make an overnight oats shake:

80g oats for fibre + 1 banana for potassium + yoghurt and milk + mixture of other fruits and berries + 1-2 scoops of protein powder.
Sometimes add some peanut butter or cocoa powder.

Would recommend

Potassium citrate I don’t condone anyone here to use it as it can causes arrhythmia if not used properly so just stick with natural ingredients that are high in potassium

id be more concerned about anti nutrients in raw spinach than a potassium supplement though

LOL. Dude I see what you’re doing and appreciate the though but just put cream of tartar in water for daily potassium intake. Bananas spinach etc are so so so so inefficient ways of getting in potassium. ESP if you want to balance the sheer volume of sodium in normal diets, the best and most efficient way to do so without loading up on carbs from bananas is to take a tablespoon of cream of tartar into water and down in every time you feel like your sodium intake or bloat is getting out of hand. The simpler the solution, the more likely you are to consistently implement. No need for this smoothie.
