So I’m newly turned 19 yo, 5’8 (173 cm) and 68 kg, i have really good upper muscle as i’ve been working out on and off since like 14 and I’m not that lean, actually fattest i’ve ever been but I’m definitely not fat, not even close.
I don’t want to be victim weight but i also want to look good as i tend to hold fat in the face.
my goal is to be atleast 75kg and Very lean like 11-12% bf. i hope its achievable
feel like something is wrong with my bones because everyone guesses that I weigh like 75+kg based on my upper muscle(I admit i neglect legs quite a bit)
my clavicles aren’t narrow, but my hands and feet are small so maybe i just have really small frame that causes my weight to be lower than it should be.
why do i weigh less than i should? I don’t think my legs are that skinny they look decent but i barely train them (i used to train them somewhat)
Also if i were to get LL for 3 inches would my weight change like taller person usually weighs more
