Drop everything you think you know about the human body, drop your limiting beliefs, and read this.

Every one of us came here looking for answers on what surgeries to do or what drugs to take to change something about ourselves. Let’s take growing taller for example. Everyone knows its roughly 70% genetics 30% lifestyle because that’s what everyone says, so that’s what everyone believes. Fact: Your body is made up of 30-50 trillion cells. Every one of those cells is following a predetermined “blueprint” which was given to us by our parents called “genetics” and the body will express whatever the genetics say. Everyone knows that you can’t change your genetics. Or can you?

Before I get into this, there is something I want everyone to understand, there are certain features the brain is capable of performing. Which means that some genes can be altered, but not changed. You cannot change your genes. BUT, you CAN “alter” them. So what’s the difference? You can manipulate certain features that you have, but not what you don’t have. For example, if you’re born Black, you cannot become white because the genetics say black. For something like height, there is no 1 predetermined amount of growth hormone that will be released during your growing phase. This means that the amount of GH possibilities is infinite. But with being born black, the only possibility is black.

So know we understand that there is a possibility we can change how tall we are, how do we do it? Back to the cells. The cells perform differently in different environments, and that environment is your conscious and subconscious mind. Whatever the conscious and subconscious mind is believing, determines what kind of chemistry is happening in the body. This is called the Placebo Effect. The placebo effect is very powerful. Imagine biting straight into a lemon. You instantly start to salivate just because of the thought of doing it. Or you know when you walk into a bathroom without having to pee and then you stand in front of the toilet like “come on I need to pee” you do end up peeing. Those are just examples you can try on yourself right now, but let’s look at this from a bigger standpoint.

This is study done on a football team who was given a pill which was believed to be anabolic steroids, the coaches told the team that they would get faster, stronger, and bigger than usual because of this pill. at the end of the experiment everyone on the team got faster, stronger, and bigger than normal. They then were told it was a sugar pill. So the fact that everyone’s performance increases all because of a belief they had in their mind is proof that you can alter your cells. So now let’s do this with growing taller. There was a man by the name of Rustam Akhmetov who grew from 5’4” to 6’2” willingly. This father was 5’3” and his mother was 5’0”

As you can see in this photos, Rustam is the tallest one in his family by far. That doesn’t happen on accident. He did all kinds of techniques and eating healthy and constantly believing he was growing. You can do your own research to find out what exactly he did. However this was achieved when he was 15-18. So there has to be some kind of force that can alter genetics. That is the changing of the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is replaying images and environments in your body that were repeated over and over again. Like the first few times you drive a car, you have to consciously make decisions on how to handle the car, but eventually it happens automatically because our bodies are constantly trying to make repeated tasks become easier. This means that we can constantly think about growing taller. Like imagining your body being as big as a doorframe as you walk through it. Or your head being about a tree branch as you pass by it. These are legit methods if your growth plates have not fused. Constant mental stimulation is needed to change anything about you from within. So by believing you are growing 24 hours of the day and constantly thinking about only that make your body adapt to what it is being told to do possible? It makes perfect sense that it would be, and it has been done in the past. Use your brain and think about it logically. But does it matter if the plates are closed? There could be a possibility that with the correct thinking and constantly believing, that it may be possible, but only with open 100% belief and commanding all 40 trillion cells to perform the action. But that’s the mystery. But like Nelson Mandela said, “everything is impossible until someone does it” if you’re serious about growing, I suggest you make changes, that start first with your mind. Once you’ve understood this, you question what else is possible to achieve within myself?
