I’m pretty much all universes where the hero and villain weren’t simply born with their powers, the villain pursues the superpower whilst the hero finds it by accident

Spider-Man:
First movie: Peter Parker’s gets bit by an unknown spider total accident
Green goblin built a Fken company to research the serum he was looking for

The lizard did what he did on purpose

Doc oc was building his machine

Hulk:
Abomination tried to copy what happened to banner

Banners dad is what made hulk in the first place and himself

A common theme or villains is THEY PURSUE

And heroes LET THINGS HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT

jfl of you don’t see the indoctrination going on ain’t nothing good gonna fall out of the sky for you

What would You consider Batman a villian or superhéroe?

What would You consider Batman a villian or superhéroe?
He’s depicted as a hero usually and I’d have to agree since he has a no killing policy. Also isn’t driven by any gains other than justice (albeit he’s already rich so that’s not saying much).

Other examples are the bad guy in the incredibles or vector in despicable me (minions movie)

It does not necessarily makes you tougher, but it can and/or does if you understand how to use it. I have had multiple burnouts in my twenties, my life was extremely difficult and stressful, close to david goggins level of shit. Once you overcome something like that, you will realize it is all about self talk and awareness responsibility, basically you can influence your mindstate and even control it, if you do it enough, but you have to be willing to withstand the pain that comes with it. After that it is just your decision of how much pain you are willing to endure that equates to your toughness and past experiences alike help you to determine what is your maximum amount, but you have to be willing to go back to that level of pain. When you realize you can do that all the time, that is when it becomes scary, because then you know you can be in pain and discomfort all the time and you kinda don't really want it, even if it can provide success in many areas of life.

Damn you read stuff like this? Mirin

It brings up very strange points

Any initiative, plan, or deviation from the norm at the start of the story almost always is a villain.

You can’t write a story unless either:
Someone bad trying to disrupt peace
The environment is shit to begin with and needs saving (such as a zombie apocalypse or some sort of oppressive group).

The notion of a good person in a good environment cannot exist (while a villain in a bad environment can). Stories without conflict are BORING. And ironically most people whole lives fit that criteria.

Please explain more
