Most of us are thinking to the idea that vitamin D is beneficial. This is partly true if you have a deficiency it has negative effects on youre body. But when it comes to taking vitamin D without proper testing especially in gigadoses it can cause significant harm to your bones and other organs.

The supplement industry in general is one of the biggest scams. They are very unregulated.

this is why you supplement vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2, Magnesium and Zinc.

In september my vitamin D levels were at like 140 mainly from supplements. Maybe it all adds up why i haven't been growing ๐Ÿ˜ญ
