i feel like unless truly needed for functional reasons people should avoid bimax. Yes it might give you better results but the time in decomp and the risks of the surgery combined with the brutal recovery is a lot. Other mini procedures say genio and jaw implants or filler combined with buccal fat removal. These 3 in itself done correctly will give you a mogger lower 3rd without much risk combined with other mini surgeries and softmaxxing u can ascend fully in under a year.

I did bimax and infras, now i need i revision rhino so i am just waiting for it. Should be within half a year but damn i am not patient. It makes me mad almost how slow it goes. I mean to be fair my nose is the worst failo so i really need it.

In my case I don’t do it for getting girlfriend or something. I just do it for myself. I was bullied since childhood by classmates and even family about being fat and blacker than them. When I look at the mirror I was always disgusted and was always staring away like a bitch coping that people live even with this feeling and they are normal. When it came time to ropemax after realizing that family hates me and I actually have nothing to do in this game I realized the only reason to stay here is to start loving myself. I don’t do for anyone else, I do it for myself. I’m an incel that never had gf in my life and I’m also in early 20s. The void inside won’t disappear. I mean I thought most men doing plastic surgeries would want to hide it from their partner and be looksmaxxed before they find her, so you would stop doing anything once you are in a relationship

Also even if you start bimax process at that time you will be done 23-24 after braces and recovery etc. If you need more then its more years, and its not too uncommon to need revisions etc. Hardmaxxing is a waiting and time consuming game.

I agree with you, but I guess you never really know how to girl will respond to the idea of you doing surgeries. It's one of those things where they could use it against you and try to frame as you were some insecure psycho, but at the end of the day if you ascended - she can't ignore you are more attractive.

In a way, theres some positives to getting surgeries while in a relationship because then it won't seem like you did to get girls and be more attractive. The competition anxiety would be amplified, thinking "why does he want surgeries to be more attractive if he has me".

Your second point is so accurate, and that's why I think playing the long-game with all of this so crucial. There's so many other reasons why I think surgeries (and looking better) will provide so many more benefits in relationships, which obviously all know, but it really helps justify the investment and recovery.

Agreed alot of guys on this ( where the average person is much more likely to be nd) including me honestly rot away expecting surgery to finally open life up.
