Weighted callisthenics in my room

I workout 6-7 days a week full body

whatever works for you.

plates aren't expensive secondhand, and you only need one bar.

Callisthenics works for so I’ll stick with it. Was in gym for 4 years
 
Calisthenics works until it doesn’t, just like everything.

You can get a decent body just on callisthenics but not really a stand-out one. Some important exercises like handstand push up are probably easier to get to just by doing lots of OHP in the gym.

Yea but it’s enough for me especially weighted Calisthenics,
I don’t like going to gym
It’s waste of time and money for me
I’m more consistent at home

Me too but I stopped progressing and weighted callisthenics are giga uncomfortable compared to gym.

I’ll prob go back to callisthenics once I can go one arm push up and things.
