I'll be copying the following from this thread because OP alredy made a great point, I'll just expand on it:

HOLY GRAIL: Pigment Dispersion Syndrome (PDS)

PDS is defined as a condition characterized by the release of melanin granules from the iris pigment epithelium due to friction between the iris and zonular lenticular structures, potentially leading to trabecular dysfunction and increased ocular pressure, which can result in pigmentary glaucoma.

This is what Ehren used to brighten his eyes, and it obviously worked miracles for him.

PDS has often been cast aside for being underresearched or too dangerous, but this isn’t actually that true.
PDS is a well-studied syndrome, so obviously its affects are well studied too.

HOW TO INDUCE PDS

The mechanisms behind the formation of PDS are due to the constant rubbing and friction between pigment iris epithelium and lens structures during pupil movements, which tend to occur in the presence of reverse pupillary block and posterior bowing of the iris
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9741933/#:~:text=Reverse pupillary block can occur,, and PG [44].

So by pressing hard on your iris area and slightly moving your finger around, you can create friction between the PIE and lens structures.

This hasn’t been studied or practiced very well, but Ehren claimed that 5 minutes 2-3 times every day will be enough to efficiently render results. I am going to start PDS, and will document the results and effects

Now, let's think about it. I'm sure everyone here has heard of the "surgery" or procedure to get lighter / blue eyes, which involves getting a laser thru your eyes thru various sessions to induce the change.

What's the common factor here from what theory, the article I sent and actual surgery have in common? It's that you're stressing your iris on purpose to get pigmentation dispersion.

I think this alone sounds good enough as a theory. I'll personally be trying it and I'm open for discussion.

Did Ehren's eye color even change? Think it's just the lighting/filters.

the constant pressing and rubbing of your eyes will instead cause Keratoconus, its permanent and you will look like a niglet

do not do this bra just save up for surgery

I doubt it. Keratoconus cause is unknown, but a lot the times it's because of your parents has it. I doubt you can press hard enough to fucking dissolve your iris lel

ur not dissolving it

just thinning it

but it is partly genetic

Or you could just wear contacts. Its way safer.

This.
I will only be convinced if I see an actual before or after eye color or lightening change in the same lighting.

Even if this does work, nobody’s posting before-and-afters for the pure sake of gatekeeping, and people always forget that. If I discovered a niche method to ascend, I’m not gonna make it insanely popular. It’s best for everyone to believe it’s cope than to up the competition.
