The popular narrative is that whilst autocracies become culturally stagnant, liberal democracies in the west dominate popular culture with their movies, media, etc.

But this is all bullshit.

Most of the 'popular culture' is just degenerate propaganda designed to destroy civilization. The 'mean conservatives' actually had a point. Western media merely dominates because the message of being a degenerate is more seductive.
