It’s genuinely concerning though how they function. I have zero care for the dudes at all and they might have actually done something horrible but to say they’re guilty when under US law you are innocent until proven guilty is insane. The evidence just doesn’t add up and I hope it serves as a precedent that if something horrible happens to you, you need to report it right away and you can’t ruin a guys life over something consensual that you agreed to.

I have lawyers in my family who I talked to this case about and they even said that the accusers claims changing from consensual sex in 2024 to rape in 2026 makes the claim completely invalid. In my opinion those guys are pieces of shit yes but are they criminally responsible no. Entirely because you cannot claim no wrongdoing and back track it 2 years later. I’m deadass concerned though because their is multiple Foids who I have cracked in the past and we are currently on bad terms, and some are recent.
