But it's actually being governed by those who have conducted a successful organized violence. UN is currently ruled by the major powers that won the WWII. The rule of force garunteed their permanent seats. The so-called "Rule based world orders" is just a meme to deceive the midwits.
Western values like "democracy" , "human rights" or "freedom" are just convenient ammos western powers selectively use to attack a country that is threat to their interests. If they're idealists and principled they should not be trading with nor investing in China, Vietnam or oil sultanates in the Middle East at all.
The most stable and successful democracies are generally homogeneous, the strongest and wisest tribes wiped out and assimilated the weaker tribes resulting in a single unified identity. These were the norms since the prehistoric time. The reasons why they keep promoting the Multiculturalism^tm could be either it's too politically incorrect to admit our history or it's an agenda to destabilize a homogeneous successful society.
