was practicing talking and flirting with unattractive girls to get more "comfortable" so that when you meet a decent girl, you will have more confidence.
This advice is complete utter bs because if you spend time with unattractive girls, then, everytime you meet an attractive one, she will look like a goddess by comparison which will make you 10x more needy and nervous than you would be if you didnt waste time "practicing" with girls you didnt like.
Its better to not interact with women at all imo and just wait for the right one to come eventually. You will still be nervous but not as nervous as you would have been if you conditioned yourself to interacting with unattractive women.
