Humans arent meant to be alone yet when someone complains about loneliness normoids will gaslight you saying "if you cant be happy alone, you wont be happy with others". That doesnt make any fuckin sense, so if im unhappy because im starving i wont be happy with food?
We are social animals so we cannot function at 100% while experiencing isolation.

Prioritizing yourself and increasing your value requires having a good social network and for that you have to focus on yourself less and focus on what others want (to a degree)
