I managed to improve my appearance—my eyes, body, height, eyebrows; everything looks really good, and I look great from the front—but there is one thing I can't change: the vertical growth of my skull. It makes me feel terrible; I even cry over it. There’s no such thing as "CCW rotation" for me; I used to sleep with my mouth open due to a deviated septum, and that ruined my facial development. There is nothing I can do about it. I feel envious of people with perfect skulls because it’s something I simply cannot change.
