Don't get me wrong, I still made a lot of progress for the past few months but I could've made much more progress, actually feel my muscles working and the contraction (Mind muscle connection) etc...

I listened to all of these science based goofballs online and realized that I should go slow on the Eccentric, so I did but a few weeks later I also started going slow on the concentric as well which just made me feel like I started doing junk reps and sets - and then it got to a point where I started going slow on the Concentric and kinda fast but controlled on the Eccentric which just fucked my gains up lol :feelswhy:

Anyways, Don't listen to these science based retards online, you will just become retarded and wouldn't be able to enjoy your sets.
Just push really hard on the concentric - Don't even think about controlling the weight too much
And on the eccentric just feel the stretch for like 3 seconds lol.

Fun = gains

Concentric should be as fast as you're able to push it and concentric should be sontrolled (not slow tho) on compounds to minimize injury risk and accelerated on isolations (think when you jump, you drop down fast to come up stronger un further).
