The “worst” jaw implant result isn’t as bad as it’s talked about here

While doing my research for my own jaw implant I keep seeing this pic over and over again as a classic ‘botch’.

Is it a great result? Obviously fucking not.

But no one ever mentions the fact the biggest reason this pic looks uncanny is BECAUSE THE DUDE IS SUCKING IN HIS CHEEKS like a TikTok girl doing a duck face.

His mouth is clearly much smaller relative to his nose in the after pic, if he wasn’t pulling that retarded expression it wouldn’t look half as uncanny. (Still fairly shit tho by implant standards).

I think the best solution is to get a really subtle jaw angle implant, jaw width should remain the same imo, the thing that should be improved should be angularity in most cases.

You are incorrect about his mouth, and I would bet that his mouth does "look smaller" because of the wraparound implant. If he is doing the "duck look," it is because his skin and chin muscles are pulling it all away from his mouth, and he must force it to keep it shut.

The only way to know 100% is by asking him.

Something very peculiar happens when your chin implant's "tails" extend in that area. Also, depending on the type of incision, the implant can pull the surrounding skin and muscles away from keeping the mouth shut comfortably. I have seen this happen more than a few times.

Also, in the before picture, his mouth is open.

If you like his look or anything similar to him, then that is what you should aim for.

The biggest problem I see with this post is a type of unsureness as to what you like precisely, which could be very dangerous for you and your doctor. You need to know what you want precisely to prevent any issues with your results.

Yes his face h/w is the biggest fuck up, similar gonial angle to Brad Pitt, not ideal but not the end of the world if everything else was in order - can’t be avoided in this guys case because his gonial angle was naturally short. Begonial width on the left too wide, right is fine. Overall too many errors but the specifics aren’t a million miles away from where they should be.

Yes his mouth would look smaller relative to the bigonial width but I don’t agree at all that he’s ‘stuck’ like that to close his mouth. I bet he was doing it to try to enhance his cheek bones, I’d bet any money it’s not as small as that irl in motion.

Maybe, women should be the judge of his looks. I think there are a bunch of men here judging other men's attractiveness. I personally think you can get misleading opinions that way.
