People who say natty lifting is cope do the following

Unpopular opinion here, but I think out of everything you can do for your looks, hoping on gear is sooo fucking pointless.
And if you don't like lifting natty, hoping on gear is ridiculous. And for the people who think that gear grows bones... Cmon dude XD... If you really want those high and prominent cheekbones, don't spend your money on a shitty cycle which will probably fuck you up since you don't know what ur doing. Instead, save up some money and get implants.

You're right but you're going against the grain here so ofc you'll receive hella hate for this opinion. The truth is, most people (only talking about humans with decent european genetics btw) can build a decent physique naturally. Maybe not an amazing roided out top 1% physique but certainly a body that's good enough to give you a body halo and good appeal to foids.

It just takes a while. You can build muscle naturally, you can lean out naturally but to be big whilst also being lean would require you to train for years. In comparison, a body like Clav's is easily attainable natty. Yeah you might roid and attain that in like a year instead of 3 years, but you are also choosing to take on all these health risks and have to spend money on gear and ancillaries to mitigate the potential sides. Plus you are dependent on gear because when you hop off, most of your gains disappear whilst a natty can take a break and get his peak size back within a few months of training.

I am not against roiding btw, if you hit your ceiling after natty gymcelling then sure, take it to the next level if that's what you want. But hopping on without even getting your noob gains is just sad tbh.

id probably be around 200lbs 10% bodyfat. ive come off gear and lifting for periods of time like in 2022 and 2024 and thats where id stay around with no gym no diet no gear.
