Knowing that you have more potential but can never reach it because most of the development has already been completed.
For example hollow cheeks, even though I am at 10% body fat and you can see them, I will never have the same as my parents, never. My mom is probably at 30-35% body fat right now and has much better hollow cheeks than I do. Again, that just goes to show: bones > body fat. I know so many with a low bf who still don't have hollow cheeks. And the reason for the difference to my mother is just my not perfectly developed maxilla (my maxilla is still above average, but just behind her genetic potential).
Same for height, most in my family are taller than me, I am 183cm while my father is 189 and my mother is 175cm. I should be 188.5cm after that.
Knowing that you could be better if you had better environmental conditions in your childhood is the worst thought, even worse is knowing that you can hardly change it now.
Look at this pyramid, when you reach all your needs, you will be there where I am right now. Accepting that you can't reach your potential in this life
