Rha k for the tag bro this is a very rough cause his entire jawline is sinking into his neck there is no jaw neck angularity or even visibility i could probably fit 2 thumbs what does he need? 12 mm bsso plus a custom jaw plant in the shape of an l ideally.

Then the sliding genioplasty he looks like he needs 6 to 8 mm i say this because his chin is sagging into his neck perhaps even 15 tbqh again without a live vedio its hard to tell.


He also needs to loose weight this is a given though to you can tell hes high body fat.


Otoplasty to reduce ear length vertically.


Custom fore head implant with radix augmentation yhis is to get a better fore to nose angle its a crucial for a good side profile.

This case is so brutal bro he didnt ask for this.
