will probably cruise when blast is done

diet while on test - spam meat, eggs, raw dairy (high nutrient density)

so to begin with just the test, and if i notice high estrogen symptoms i start using aromasin. is the dosage i mentioned good?
what if i experience low estrogen sides, i just decrease ai dose?

most people only have to take an AI when they pin, if at all on 500mg, taking it without symptoms is retarded.

there's no quick fix to fixing low estrogen, if you do crash it you will feel like a teenage girl for several days (crying over nothing and not wanting to get out of bed)

also with dut, do i have to start it prior to starting test for it to decrease dht or can i start both at the same time?

i dont intend on going off the dut

it doesn't matter.


people injecting test tend to have less issues with 5a inhibitors since they aren't bound by natural hormone levels.

i don't get how low e2 makes you feel moody. surely it's high e2 making you feel like that as per the chart (bitchiness, depression etc.)?
