this mindset is right. if you're natty, unless you have excellent muscle building genetics and/or excellent dedication to training, diet and sleep (if you're reading this you more likely than not lack the genes and discipline), you'll either have abs and a defined jawline while looking DYEL in shirts that aren't tight (oversized shirts are the norm in 2023 outside of clubs) or you'll have muscles with a round face and a "dad-bod". That being said, being part of the first group is not that bad if you can find excuses to show off your shirtless physique.
